Who we are
IntelliDev is a product of Abstrabit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In this policy, “IntelliDev”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Abstrabit Technologies Pvt. Ltd., operating IntelliDev.
This policy covers:
- our website at intellidev.ai
- the IntelliDev app at app.intellidev.ai
- the IntelliDev apps and integrations for Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Figma and Vercel
Together we call these the “Service”.
When an organisation uses IntelliDev, the organisation decides which sources to connect and who can see them. For content that the organisation connects or creates in the Service, we act on its behalf and follow its instructions. For account details, website visitors and enquiries, we decide how the information is used, as described here.
The short version
- We access only the services you choose to connect, with the permissions you approve.
- We use that data only to provide the IntelliDev features you use.
- We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
- We don’t use your data, or data from Google or Slack, to train AI models, and we don’t let our AI providers do so either.
- You can disconnect a service or delete your data at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, company, role and profile picture, when you sign up or are invited.
- Enquiries and bookings: what you enter in our contact form or sign-up popup (name, work email, company, role, team size and your message), and the details our booking service needs to schedule a demo.
- Support and correspondence: the messages you send us and our replies.
- Billing details: if you buy a paid plan, your billing contact and invoice details. We don’t store full card numbers.
Content you create in the Service
This includes tasks, decisions, follow-ups, documents, comments, playbooks, prototypes, agent instructions and run logs. It also includes any credentials you choose to store in the IntelliDev vault.
Data from services you connect
When you connect a service, we receive the data that the permissions you approved allow. The next section explains this for each service.
Technical and usage data
When you use the Service, our systems record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and features you use, timestamps, and error and audit logs. We use it to run, secure and fix the Service.
On our website, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use our pages. It collects data such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device and browser. We use it only in aggregate, to improve the website.
Connected services
You choose which services to connect. Each one shows its own consent screen, which lists the permissions IntelliDev is asking for. We ask only for the permissions the features you turn on need. You can remove access at any time, either in IntelliDev or in the other service’s settings.
We use data from connected services only to provide the features described here. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising, or share it outside your organisation, except as described in Who we share it with.
Google (Sign in with Google, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Chat)
What we access. Which data we access depends on what you turn on:
- Sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, used to create your account and sign you in.
- Gmail: the email messages and metadata (sender, recipients, subject, date) that the permissions you approve allow.
- Google Drive: the files and folders you choose to connect, and their metadata.
- Google Chat: messages in the spaces and conversations you connect, and their metadata.
How we use it. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you can see in IntelliDev. That means:
- reading conversations and documents
- proposing tasks, decisions and follow-ups for your team to review
- linking records to their source
- giving agents and the Project Brain the context they need for work you ask for
How we share it. We share Google user data only with the people in your organisation who can see the space it belongs to, and with the service providers listed below, only as needed to run these features. We don’t transfer or sell it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. We don’t use it for advertising, retargeting or personalised ads, and we don’t use it to judge creditworthiness or for lending.
Human access. No one at IntelliDev reads your Google user data unless one of these applies:
- you give us permission for specific messages, for example to troubleshoot a support request
- it is needed for security, such as investigating abuse
- the law requires it
- the data has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations, as applicable law allows
AI. We don’t use data from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised AI or machine-learning models.
IntelliDev’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove IntelliDev’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Slack
What we access. When IntelliDev is installed in a Slack workspace, it receives:
- workspace details, such as the workspace name and ID
- member profile details, such as user IDs, display names, email addresses, profile pictures and time zones
- messages, threads and files in the channels and conversations that IntelliDev has been added to or that a user has authorised, and their metadata
Slack also sends us technical data that we receive but don’t otherwise use. This includes request payloads, event IDs and team, channel and user IDs. That data appears only in short-lived system logs, kept to run and debug the integration.
How we use it. We use Slack data to:
- turn requests in your conversations into proposed tasks, decisions and follow-ups for your team to review
- link those records back to the source message
- post replies and notifications in Slack where you ask us to
IntelliDev shows people only Slack content they could already see in Slack. We don’t use Slack data to train large language models or any other AI models.
Workspace admins can remove IntelliDev in their Slack app settings at any time.
GitHub
What we access. Through the IntelliDev GitHub App, we can reach only the repositories you install it on. Within those repositories it can access:
- code
- branches and commits
- issues and pull requests
- check results
- repository metadata
The exact permissions are shown when you install the app.
How we use it. Agents read your code to plan and build the work you approve. They create branches, commit changes and open pull requests with their plan and checks. They never merge without approval from a person on your team. We also use repository history to keep the Project Brain linked to the code behind each decision.
You can uninstall the app, or change which repositories it can reach, in your GitHub settings.
Figma
What we access. When you connect Figma, we access the files, frames, components, comments and images that your Figma permissions allow and that you choose to share with IntelliDev. We also access your basic Figma profile, such as your name and email address.
How we use it. We use Figma data to give agents and the Project Brain design context when they plan, build or prototype work you ask for, and to link tasks to the designs behind them. IntelliDev uses its Figma access to read design context. If a feature needs to change something in Figma, it tells you first and asks for your approval. You, not Figma, decide what IntelliDev can see. We are responsible for how we handle the data we receive through the integration.
You can revoke access in your Figma account settings at any time.
Vercel
What we access. When you install the IntelliDev integration on a Vercel account or team, it can access the projects you choose. Within those projects, which data it reaches depends on the permissions you approve:
- Read access: team and project details, deployments and their status, build and runtime logs, domains, and environment variable names.
- Write access: creating deployments, and updating project settings or environment variables. IntelliDev uses write access only when you, or an agent run you approved, asks for it.
How we use it. We use Vercel data to:
- show deployment status alongside the work that caused it
- give agents logs and errors to investigate
- verify changes on preview deployments
- deploy approved work, if you choose to
The exact permissions are shown when you install the integration. You can change or remove them in your Vercel integration settings at any time.
Other sources
If you connect other sources, such as error trackers or analytics tools, or upload call notes and other files, we use them in the same way. We access them only with your permission, use them only to provide the features you use, and delete them when you disconnect them.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: capturing requests, proposing records, running agents, building the Project Brain, and sending the notifications you set up.
- To keep it secure: authenticating users, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping audit logs.
- To support you: answering questions and fixing problems you report.
- To communicate with you: replying to enquiries and sending service messages, such as security notices and changes to these terms. We send marketing emails only if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the Service: using technical and usage data, such as which features are used and where errors happen. We don’t use content from your connected services for this, beyond providing and improving the features you use.
- To meet legal obligations: following the law and enforcing our Terms of Service.
Where the law, such as the GDPR, requires a legal basis for each use, we rely on one of these:
- performing our contract with you or your organisation
- our legitimate interests in running a secure and reliable service
- your consent, which you can withdraw at any time
- legal obligations
AI and model providers
IntelliDev uses large language models to read conversations, propose records, answer questions and run coding agents. Our agents run on Claude Code (Anthropic), Codex (OpenAI) or OpenCode. Which provider handles your data depends on how you set it up:
- Your own subscription: if you connect your own AI subscription, the data sent for each run is processed under your agreement with that provider.
- IntelliDev seats: if you use seats from us, the data is sent to Anthropic or OpenAI under our commercial agreements with them. Those agreements don’t allow them to use it to train their models.
We send a model only the content it needs for the task in hand. Model providers may keep inputs and outputs for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring, as their terms allow, and then delete them.
We don’t use your content, or any data from Google or Slack, to train AI models.
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. That’s why IntelliDev saves no proposed record until a person accepts it, and merges no code until a person approves it.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only in these cases:
- People in your organisation: people in your organisation see content according to the roles and spaces your admins set. Guests see only the space they’re invited to.
- Service providers: we share data with the companies that help us run the Service. They may use it only to provide their services to us, under contracts that protect it:
- Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage)
- Anthropic and OpenAI (AI model processing, when you use IntelliDev seats)
- Google (website analytics, through Google Analytics)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Cal.com (demo scheduling)
- Services you direct us to use: when you ask IntelliDev to act in another service, we send that service the data the action needs, for example a reply in Slack, a pull request in GitHub or a deployment in Vercel.
- Legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, or when it’s needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or IntelliDev.
- Business transfers: if IntelliDev is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we tell you first. Data we received from Google is transferred only with your explicit prior consent.
How we protect it
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest.
- OAuth tokens and stored credentials are encrypted. Tokens are never shown to end users or written to logs. Every reveal of a credential in the vault is logged.
- Each organisation and each space is isolated from the others. Agent runs happen in their own isolated environments, and secrets exist only inside the run that uses them.
- Only staff who need access to do their jobs have it, and their access is logged.
- If a breach affects your personal information, we notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and keep improving how we do it.
How long we keep it
- Account and content: we keep these for as long as your account is active. When your organisation closes its account, we delete them within 30 days.
- Data from connected services: when you disconnect a service, we stop accessing it at once and revoke our tokens. Within 30 days we delete the data we collected from it, except records your team accepted into IntelliDev, such as tasks and decisions. Those belong to your organisation and stay until you delete them.
- Backups: deleted data is removed from our backups within 90 days.
- System logs: kept for up to 90 days, unless we need them longer to investigate a security incident.
- Enquiries: kept until your enquiry is closed or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
We may keep some information longer if the law requires it, for example invoices for tax purposes.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act may give you the right to:

- delete your information
- receive your information in a portable format

To use any of these rights, write to hello@intellidev.ai from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within 30 days. If your data belongs to an organisation’s workspace, we may pass your request to that organisation’s admin, who controls it. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
You can also:
- disconnect any service in IntelliDev’s settings or in that service’s own settings
- ask an admin to remove you from a workspace
